Slow Cooked Asian Chicken

This sweet Asian soy chicken is a simple meal that comes together in your slow cooker. This is great for the chicken lovers in your family - they will chow down on these delectable chicken legs.  Here is a Fabulous recipe to use up those bags of Chicken Hindquarters that you have in your freezer that you loaded up on while they were on sale.....  Enjoy

Cooking Time: 5 hr



Ingredients

6 whole chicken legs

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 clove garlic, crushed

8 ounces can tomato sauce

Instructions

1.Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken in a slow cooker.



2.In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and tomato sauce. Pour sauce over chicken.



3.Cover and cook on LOW about 5 hours or until chicken is tender.
